Group classes consists of 30m cycling, weights or boxing, or Pilates, or fitball, or core conditioning, or circuits-- we vary each session

Pilates, Yoga, Yoga-lattes & Power Pilates consists of a mixture of all of these workouts. Focusing on Pilate principles at all times. We teach you to become body aware, creating a longer leaner body with improved posture and core stability..

Cycle classes 45m duration - hard core cycle - a cardio workout on a stationary bike in our studio where you are in control of the intensity and pace... min 8 to a class. You may choose to have an intense workout and when you do the results and shape in your body will impress you

Stretching and relaxation the perfect mind and body workout.

Pilates promotes balance, core, stretches, shape & tone and is a great for improved postural awareness - control. A variety of classes available from yoga-lates, a combination of yoga and Pilates

Power Pilates not for the faint hearted, a Pilates workout with intensity.

Cyclates combination of  a cycle workout and Pilates

Clinical Pilates a combination of Pilates exercise designed for rehab by a physio and osteo.

Weight workouts similar to body pump a great way to tone & shape and sculpt your body with weights.

Results= an interval training class that features, fit ball, sculpt shape, burn , blast your but weights, core, balance work all in one workout.

Abs burn - Burn your abs with toning and sculpt - focused targeting your trunk muscles, abs and lower back not for the faint hearted. A workout designed to get your belly into top shape.

Boxing with a professional boxer with over 15 years exp. a hard core boxing workout.

Circuit classes a variety of drills, circuit exercises in the gym creating a solid hard workout

Fitball classes is a workout on a fitball 20 various exercises designed to shape your whole body

Aerialist, ropes, rings, silks, Trapeze 

We have  classes for adults and kids here at vibes fitness.

Boot camp a hard core work out which will get your heart rate up. This is not for the faint hearted. This will increase your endurance. You can work at your own pace.

 

Belly Dance 
Belly Dance is a beautiful and sensual art form with ancient origins in the Middle East. The movements are often either soft, flowing and sinuous or sharp and rhythmic, using the whole body to express different aspects of the music.

 


Conditions to all classes: Here at Vibes Fitness we focus and teach you Pilate principles for enhanced posture & alignment. Creating a longer an leaner body free from aches and pains. This ensures that you have correct technique and posture. Prior to your workouts we make sure you have a full assessment & evaluation, so that we are able to give you the best possible workout which is safe for your body type and posture. As we all have different body types and different shapes we cater to suit  your body shape - Creating a body that you have always wanted.

Class prices: 
Group classes are $30 a class, no pass outs, this means if you miss a class you cannot make up that class. All classes are to be paid 4 up front at a time.  (AGY Anti Gravity Yoga special for the month of FEB is only $20 donation )


Numbers in a class: No more than 4-6 in a class at any one time :) this ensures that you get individual attention that you deserve and you learn twice as much: Pole, aerial, trapeze and Anti Gravity Yoga only 4 to a class.

1. if a class is booked out you may email or be placed on a waiting list.
2. All classes are booked, paid one month ahead or in term blocks 4 weeks or-10 weeks
3. prerequisite for classes : full asses info required - pre exercise questionaire, prior to commencing
