As we all are individuals and unique we design programs to suit your needs. So you tell us what you want to achieve and we will create the program for you. It doesn't matter where in the world you live, we are your online personal trainer and will be with YOU to guide you through your journey every step of the way. It's like having your personal trainer in your luggage. Whether you want to lose a little weight or a lot - or just get into shape we will support, guide and motivate you. We will create a program based on your lifestyle and goals and it's all about YOU. You can take your personal trainer wherever you go. If you are far away from Melbourne you can still train with us.

We all need support and encouragement, exciting fun workouts to keep us all inspired, focused, energized, motivated & on track. Here at Vibes Fitness we have all The latest research, tools, tips to get you the body you have always wanted. We are here to support you through this journey of you becoming the best you can be and placing yourself number one. After all, you deserve to be number one on your list.

1. 12 week transformation - This is designed for only those people who want results and to change their body shape. Results may vary depending on your commitment to you and if you choose to take on board all the info and tip what we design for you. You will sculpt & shape your body. Some clients have lost over 12 inches in the 12 weeks period. Write down what you eat when you begin our Program. Why? Because it forces you to pay close attention to what and how much is going in your mouth. Do you remember what you ate on the week end? How about yesterday? Eventually, tracking your food intake becomes second nature and identifying changes is a lot easier. Included in this section is food plans, exercises weight training teaching how to burn fat fast and efficiently. This program is results based so would need your total commitment and is not for the faint hearted. We would like you to do a before photo, send it to us with your information.Just because you may exercise regularly doesn’t mean you can eat whatever you want. By following these our basic guidelines, you’ll not only get great muscle-building and fat-burning results from your training, but you’ll enjoy a higher level of energy throughout the day.

2. 8 week body transformation - This program is for those whom have had some exercise experience and are committed to their outcomes:you can burn fat build muscle and get great workout routines, keep track of your weight loss and finally get control of your personal fitness and health all in 8 weeks.

3. Want to slim down or tone up? - If you’re feeling flabby and just want to tone up then we can help you achieve this. We will give you a program to shape your body, nutrition tips, & exercises that will tone your body getting rid of your flab. This is a self coaching program which can be done at home, or anywhere, using whatever equipment you already have. This program should be done over a 12 week duration & you will have email access to us. Program duration 4 weeks includes one call via Skype and email access unlimited

4. Want to have more energy and feel alive? - If you’re run down, lost your zap, stressed out, can’t get out of bed in the mornings then call us today. You may need to change your diet (food intake) and get your body moving, creating more energy and leaving you feeling alive again like you deserve. Your eating & exercise plan than we design for you will leave you feeling energized and alive. Your coaching session will leave you with strategies supporting you on your journey of energy and vitality. Program duration 12 weeks unlimited email access and two coaching calls via Skype

Want to get fit? - If you want to be as fit as you can be and have never been able to run then this program is for you. Your body will be peaking and so will your health and fitness levels. Your VO max, oxygen intake will be increased, leaving you with increased fitness levels. Leaving you feeling energised and alive...So get off that couch, get some running shoes and begin your transformation from couch potato to running 5km, 10km, 20km WOW! This will happen if you have no prior injuries. So get moving today this program includes progress checks, unlimited email access.

Want to build muscle or sculpt your body? - This body shaping building muscle program runs for 12 weeks, and includes a tailored resistance program to help you build strong, toned muscles while you decrease your body fat. This program includes cardio and resistance training, eating plans, self coaching strategies to keep you on track leaving you motivated. Weekly programs, checks via email, 2 life coaching calls via Skype, unlimited email support.

7. Coaching, mentoring & maintenance - If you already have the results you need and just want a little motivation to achieve your weight loss goals whilst choosing to have some coaching or mentoring sessions, this program will give you someone to check in with while you set some new goals. We will motivate you and you will receive;
2 coaching sessions & 2 calls to keep you on track.

8. ONLINE JOURNAL - Keeping you motivated and on track
Once you have achieved your goals, we develop programs with the latest research and keep you on track. This program includes email support. Includes 1 phone call - Please connect to Skype.

ALL coaching session include lifestyle strategies to support you on your journey in achieving your goals. You will develop tools creating habits and lifestyle changes, leaving you with choices and options in your health and fitness goals for life changing rewarding results.

Emails: will be answered at the end of the day or as soon as physically possible.

Results: WILL ONLY HAPPEN ONLY IF YOU STICK TO THE PROGRAMS OUTLINED as I am not physically there with you, I will trust you to be honest with me at all times - otherwise the programs will not work.If you’re not honest with yourselves or me, these programs will not work.
