Kids fitness is on at St Bridget's Parish Hall, top level, 378 Nicholson St, North Fitzroy (corner of Alexandra parade) from 4.30 to 6.30pm weekdays.

Pilates promotes balance, core, stretches, shape & tone and is a great for improved postural awareness - control. A variety of classes available from yoga-latees, a combination of yoga and Pilates

Power Pilates not for the faint hearted, a Pilates workout with intensity.

Cyclates combination of spin a cycle workout and pilates

Clinical Pilates a combination of Pilates exercise designed for rehab by a physio and osteo.

Weight workouts similar to body pump a great way to tone & shape and sculpt your body with weights.

Results= an interval training class that features, fit ball, sculpt shape, burn , blast your but weights, core, balance work all in one workout.

Abs burn - Burn your abs with toning and sculpt - focused targeting your trunk muscles, abs and lower back not for the faint hearted. A workout designed to get your belly into top shape.

Boxing with a professional boxer wtih over 15 years exp. a hard core boxing workout.

Circuit classes a variety of drills, circuit exercises in the gym creating a solid hard workout

Fitball classes is a workout on a fitball 20 various exercises designed to shape your whole body

Aerialist, ropes, rings, silks, Trapeze with Aaron profile in vibes team. Aaron runs classes for adults and kids here at vibes fitness.

Boot camp a hard core work out which will get your heart rate up. This is not for the faint hearted. This will increase your endurance. You can work at your own pace.

Belly Dance Levels 1 - 4 these three classes listed below are all taught by Melusina
Belly Dance is a beautiful and sensual art form with ancient origins in the Middle East. The movements are often either soft, flowing and sinuous or sharp and rhythmic, using the whole body to express different aspects of the music. Level 1 - Introduces the basic movements, combinations, music and history of belly dance (suitable for complete beginners - to those with some experience). Level 2 - Explores more complex movements, prop usage (e.g. veils), and choreography. Level 3 - Layering movements, muscle control, more complex choreography, improvisation. Level 4 - Developing personal style, expression and stage presence, advanced movements, honing technique and professionalism.

Tribal and Fusion Style Belly Dance - Red Belly Black Snake Format - Levels 1 - 3
Tribal Style is a fusion of Middle Eastern, Indian, Spanish, African and western contemporary and folkloric dance movements. It is a unique form of Belly Dance as all the dancers in a Tribal 'troupe' learn a format of movements with cues so each dance can be improvised (and yet perfectly synchronized) using these movement signals from a troupe leader. Tribal style is a fun interactive style with an exciting array of movements, combinations and formations. Tribal 1 - Introduces the concept of Tribal Style dance, explores the basic families of movements, variations and cues and gives students opportunities to practice interactive improvisation in groups. Tribal 2 - Continues to explore the format of movements, introducing more complex steps, combinations and formations. Tribal 3 - The Red Belly Black Snake Troupe: Advanced Tribal work, development and experimentation, Tribal Fusion technique and concepts, performance, freeform improvisation and choreography.

Half Hour Tribal Jam - Tribal Levels 2 + 3
Open to all intermediate and advanced Tribal students this half hour jam session gives students the opportunity to work on and experiment with movements, formations and improvisation in a fun atmosphere.

Belly burlesque Prue is a highly experienced and qualified teacher specializing in the fun and cheeky Belly Burlesque style. She also taches
Belly Dance Level 1-3, Classical Ballet and the high energy and
Belly Fit is a great workout utilising belly dancing moves

Bollywood 1 (additional to underbelly description) Fantasy storytelling done through a fusion of Indian classical, Indian folk, belly, jazz, hip hop dance and much more.

Bollywood 2 More intense, focus on developing technique with hand gestures and expression.

Classical Indian Fusion 1: An introduction to the various, mystifying Indian dance forms. The fusion accommodates for a contemporary interpretation. Powerful, vivid and energising.



Conditions to all classes: here at Vibes Fitness we focus on pilate principles and utilise all Pilate principles. This ensures that you have correct tecnique and under stand your own postural strengths and weakness. Prior to your workouts we give you a full assessment, evaluation so you then get a safe workout. You work at your own pace and will create a body that you have always wanted, or improve your fitness levels, or both :)

Class prices: Pole pilates, Aerial and Belly Dancing classes are $35 to $40 a class
The rest of the group classes are $30 a class, no passouts, this means if you miss a class you cannot make up that class. All classes are to be paid 4 up front at a time.


Numbers in a class no more than 8-10 in a class at any one time :) this ensures that you get individual attention at all times and you learn twice as much: Pole, aerial, trapeze only 4 to a class.
