My name is Melissa and I was recommended to Margie via my doctor a surgeon Helen a urologist as I had previously under gone pelvic surgery....
I was finding it impossible to lift my grandson in any situation and finding digging in the garden had to be kept to a minimum. if I engaged in these activates I suffered severe muscle pain which was only relieved by rest... on phoning Margie I found her to be friendly, positive, and encouraging. She suggested a meeting with her where I could asses the program for my needs meet her and look at where the sessions would be held.
I was impressed with her enthusiasm, professionalism, and bright personality along with the premises. Margie devised a program which she carefully took me through over four weeks. I was very motivated to improve my muscle tone and my upper body strength.
I have always been a healthy person who engages in exercise in a balanced manner. I followed through during the week with exercises program and found overall improvement, over the four weeks, was quite remarkable.
My goal has been achieved in that I now can lift my grandson without experiencing muscle pain and I have been able to engage in a great deal more gardening.
As an added bonus my tennis game has improved with much stronger stoke production and no recurrence of a tennis elbow symptoms which had been a niggling problem over the years. I am no hesitant in recommending margie to any one who wants to improve their fitness and health. I found it an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
