I’d always enjoyed being reasonably active but I’d never really pushed myself physically. A year ago I realised my daily bike rides and the occasional long walk just weren’t enough to keep me in shape.
Luckily I found Margie whose patience and professionalism over the following six months led me to be the fittest, strongest and healthiest I’ve ever been.
Margie’s given me so much encouragement and support, her sessions are never dull and she’s definitely taken me to a new level of fitness. Best of all, Margie’s positive energy and the good vibes of her studio makes it a pleasure to train with her every week.
