Alcohol consumption or lack and SUGAR has been a key factor in my weight loss journey.
I have lost 30 kgs over the last 6 months and it all started with my decision to take a break from alcohol and sugar.. I was an addict, so I stopped drinking and gave up sugar. I made the decision to take a break from drinking alcohol for a number of reasons including reading a book called "How to Quit Drinking without AA" - it really enlightened me to the effect that alcohol has on metabolism and insulin levels.
To make a long story short, if I hadn't taken a much needed break from alcohol & sugar, I would not be where I am today in terms of my weight loss. I also had assistance with a hypnotheprist. (vibes Team) Margie taught me that Alcohol adds empty calories, it can also increase your temptation to make "bad" food choices and I also find that I am less likely to eat well and exercise the next day especially after a night with 3 or more drinks.
She also tuaght me to eat natural fresh foods & shop on the out skirts of the supermarket. I am alcohol-free now and really notice the difference in my energy levels and ability to lose weight and gain muscle.
I could not have done this without Margie's (Vibes Fitness) help as she motivated me into getting the results I wanted and needed desperately.
I am now off all of my antidepressants medication, and do not get migraines at all. I used to get heaps of them.
Also I do not need take my medication for my PCOS which has been a pain in the arse for so many years...
I don't need it any more. Thank you Margie
