We are all Michael Angelos in the making.
Michel Angelo created the perfect body of David out of stone. Someone asked him how he could have achieved such magnificence to which he was aghast!
HUH??? He didn't understand the question. As far as Michael Angelo was concerned, David was always in the statue. He was already there when the elements surged in the creation of the planet. All he did was set him free by chiselling away at stone that did not belong to David. From coarse chisel and hammer, to rasp, and then polishing cloth, each just a refining process.
In the same way our lives are the creation of an even more exquisite masterpiece. As we constantly refine our consciousness and energy.
The shifts begins as you feel the empowerment of your own unique self, your own DAVID... we have this in all of us.
That is the moment you can stand in the eye of the storm.
The more you hold that feeling the more you do it naturally and you begin to stand in your own power which means you are creating your life congruent with your true potential self. We all deserve this. So focus in what you want to create.
Here at Vibes Fitness we assist you in creating your true potential. so call us today :)
Mark Elliott
Mark Elliott originally trained as a Buteyko practitioner under a Russian Scientist finishing in 1997.He then built up a business helping patients with asthma, and other breathing disorders. One patient came to him and asked whether Buteyko would help with her fight with cancer, and that’s where the research began.
He researched and gathered together many different highly effective therapies from different parts of the world, and put them together into what is referred to as the ‘cancer attack pack’.The Cancer Attack Pack (now known as ‘Foundations for Wellbeing’) is a result of ongoing research and development, by members of the ‘Love, Hope and Faith Foundation’, of which he is the founder.
Mark has progressed on to not only teach Buteyko, but runs free cancer workshops for cancer patients, simply informing them of options available, which then empowers them to take control of their own health, and not always blindly place it in the hands of the ‘experts’. He also does general health seminars open to the public, and practitioner workshops for those who wish to duplicate what he is doing, i.e. in passing on the information to those in need. No qualifications are required, just a desire to help others.
Mark has now spoken in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide as well as other country areas, and also in the United States and New Zealand. He is quite well known amongst some networking groups who invite him to speak at their functions as a motivational speaker.
