Our boxing classes provide a great fitness workout routine for all our participants.

We offer you a safe environment to learn the basics of boxing regardless of your gender or boxing ability. If you have more experience and want to work harder then we place you in two groups.

You have a choice to work hard or at your own pace. We provide you with lots of variety and motivation all whilst having fun.

Our experienced qualified motivated boxing instructors ensure that you are looked after and receive the attention you deserve.  Boxing is agreat way to assist you in all areas of health and fitness eg: weight loss, muscle tone, muscle strength and endurance, stress relief, increase in cardio vascular fitness and motivation. We  have (only 6 in a class at any one time)

I really enjoy taking boxing and believe not only does it give you a full body workout clients are actually acquiring a new skill.

 Groups are fun and interactive where everyone gets an opportunity to box and to use the pads.
