If you want to improve your swimming techniques or haven't worked out the basics, want to get fitter or get a designed swimming plan or want to change your workouts and try something different with your swimming, then our programs are for you.

Our swimming workouts help you get fitter (and maybe faster) through a progressive swimming training plan. We have designed an 8 week plan for you and you will build fitness and maintain or develop better technique.
Once you develop you swimming technique, you must get fitter as you need both and they need to be balanced... if you are not fit you wont be able to do the stoke properly.
Our clients have found that when they increase their fitness they improve their technique. Back and forth, focusing on one or the other at a time as you can't do both together. The key here is to balance this.
Please note that the more rest you get, the faster the swim so stop your workouts if you are too tired. You will get to be a better swimmer by recovering form your workouts not by doing more swimming, so rest and recover and have fun with your workouts.
