The Vibes Fitness team was established in 1982. The founder of Vibes, Margie Cerato has over 30 years experience in the health and Fitness industry.

After injuring her lower back and being told that she (The Principal of Vibes Fitness Margie Cerato ) wouldn't be able to work in the fitness' industry again, Margie studied Rehabilitation, core conditioning, and injury prevention and began rehabilitating her body back into tip top condition.
