Shoot for the stars, aim high, do not be afraid to aim high. As im an external optimist I aim high and review my goals regularly, focusing on my desired results.. 8..Finally, once you have designed your plan you start work on creating and achieving your outcome. So chunking down your goals to small steps leads you to the big picture and your desired results.
