Mums you can now exercise with your babies. Bring your children aged 2 months to 2 years old, and even up 2, 4 years old

There are two styles of classes we conduct at Vibes one in the studio and the other outdoors with your pram.

You work at your own pace within the group. Babies love it, and it also and it improves your core strength, tones, muscles, burns fat, enhances flexibility all the while interacting with your child.

All Indoor and outdoor classes are unique. It’s a great way to get into shape, be with your child and meet other mums.

In our experience in working with our clients we have found that mothers, who exercise in a social environment after having a baby, are much less likely to suffer from post natal depression.

Vibes fitness has been successfully running yummy mummy classes since July 2005 with amazing results. These classes are designed to include core stability, Swiss ball work, Pilate's yoga and strengthening and toning exercises.

Bookings are essential as group sessions are limited in size. So book early to avoid disappointment.

EXERCISE DURING PREGNANCY

Exercising during pregnancy is great for the mother and its also beneficial to the baby as well.

In our experience we have found that children of exercisers are more intelligent than their peers and their mums enjoy a quicker recovery, fewer compilations and easier deliveries.

Exercise during pregnancy has its benefits.

SMARTER BABIES

One survey showed that out of the 20 woman who continue to do exercise during pregnancy all had significantly higher scores on oral language and higher intelligence tests.

HAPPIER MUMS

Woman whom exercised during their pregnancy reported less depression, less daily stress in the 1st and 2nd trimesters,less decreased incidence of postnatal depression.

QUICKER RECOVERIES

Exercising during pregnancy leads to a quicker recovery and a quicker return to pre-pregnancy weight.

FEWER C-SECTIONS, SHORTER LABOURS

Woman's active labour was 2 hours shorter and the incidence of operative delivery was reduced for 48-14 percent.

Before coming to Vibes Fitness' I had post natal depression. I had given up on everything. I started with Margie when Isabelle was 6 mths. Isabelle was a quiet baby, but after a few weeks I started to feel better in myself and Isabelle responded by being less quiet.
