Mums, you can now exercise with your babies.

Bring your children aged 2 months to 2 years old, and even up to 4 years old!

There are two styles of classes we conduct at Vibes Fitness, one in the studio and the other outdoors with your pram.

You work at your own pace within the group. Babies love it, and it also improves your core strength, tones muscles, burns fat, enhances flexibility, all the while interacting with your child.

All indoor and outdoor classes are unique. It’s a great way to get into shape, be with your child and meet other mums.

 

In our experience working with our clients, we have found that mothers who exercise in a social environment after having a baby are much less likely to suffer from post natal depression.

 

Vibes Fitness has been successfully running Yummy Mummies classes since July 2005 with amazing results. These classes are designed to include core stability, Swiss ball work, Pilates yoga and strengthening and toning exercises.

EXERCISE DURING PREGNANCY

Exercising during pregnancy is great for the mother and it's also beneficial to the baby as well.

 

In our experience we have found that children of exercisers are more intelligent than their peers and their mums enjoy a quicker recovery, fewer complications, and easier deliveries.

One survey showed that out of the 20 woman who continue to do exercise during pregnancy, all babies had significantly higher scores on oral language and higher intelligence tests.
