Are Power Plate® machines safe and
effective?
Yes. Power Plate® equipment is extremely
beneficial because increased blood flow /
circulation is very good for the body, taking
oxygenated blood to the muscles quicker and more
efficiently, and disposing of waste toxins naturally
through lymphatic drainage. However, should
you have any medical concerns, please consult a
physician before training.
Do I just stand there?
No, at the very least you should perform a static
squat or lunge. Bear in mind that although you
might not be moving, your muscles are! And, as
you progress, doing the exercises dynamically
(with movement) can make them more challenging.
How long does it take?
You can achieve results in a fraction of the time
required for traditional training, in as little as 15
minutes, three days a week. In addition, you can
do a quick 5 minutes of stretching and massage
